Most dogs wears their collars all day, for all of their days.
They eat, play, walk and often sleep in their collars.
Yet when choosing a collar, we are often stuck having to choose between how it looks and how it feels for our dogs (and honestly, in our hands).

Dogs are incredibly adaptable. They won't tell us if a collar feels heavier than it needs to be or if a bulky buckle presses against their neck. They'll simply get on with their day.
That doesn't mean they should have to.
Choosing lightweight materials means less unnecessary weight around the neck, less restrictive movements, and just many people love their barely-there underwear, we believe that same feeling should go for your dogs collar.
The feeling of removing a underwire bra or your tight pants after a day out and about.

Weight is Not a Sign of Quality
There's a common assumption that heavier automatically means better quality.
In reality, durability comes from thoughtful construction and quality materials, not unnecessary weight.
Modern woven webbing is incredibly strong while remaining soft, flexible and comfortable. And also, washable!
Did you know that we do strength tests to all our webbing and buckles.
In our latest tests, the collar reached a pull of 221.3 kgf, while our leash sample reached up to 338.9 kgf before failure.
Comfy Can Look Awesome
We have said it before and we will say it again. You should not have to choose between style or comfort, that is exactly why PHAFS exists. We are true believers in that it's cool to be comfy, but it's also an awesome feeling to feel cool.
There are very few options at the moment, if we may say so, for nice looking webbing designs. We often get to choose between hysterical colors, cheesy prints or just plain boring designs if we want to prioritise comfort for our dogs.
That's what we have set out to change.
After all your leash is quite a prominent accessory to your outfits when your dog tags along for your outings, and it's your dogs... only outfit.
