Who are PHAFS?
PHAFS is founded by Swedish dog and design enthusiast Ebba Eriksson and her muse, the corgi Penny, from their home in Gràcia in Barcelona.
PHAFS grew out of the love for dogs, design, creativity and doing good along the way. And is now setting out to celebrate all of that in everything we do.
How do you pronounce PHAFS?
The million dollar question. Well we like to say that the "H" is silent so feel free to call us PAFS. But hey, be creative, say whatever comes natural to you.
How do I choose the right size?
At the moment, all our PHAFS collars and leashes are made in one size only.
However we will start offering more sizes shortly.

Where do you ship and when will I receive my order?
We currently ship across Spain and the EU.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery times depend on where you are. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What material do you use?
For us, function and comfort are essential in our designs.
Therefore, all our collars and leashes are made using lightweight, high-quality materials. Our collars and leashes are made with polyester webbing and highly durable plastic hardware and metal D-rings and leash clips.
Our products are thoroughly strength-tested.
How do I take care of my PHAFS products?
Our products are made to be used, so don't be afraid to let your dog get dirty.
PHAFS collars and leashes can be washed in the washing machine. We recommend
a gentle cycle and letting them air dry afterwards. Please make sure the collar is completely dry before putting it back on your dog.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. Products should be unused and in their original condition.

Where are your products made?
Our products are carefully designed by us in Barcelona and manufactured together with our excellent manufacturing partner in China.
Are PHAFS products strength tested?
Yes. Our finished collars and leashes undergo tensile strength testing together with our manufacturer. Samples are pulled until failure to measure the maximum force they withstand.
In our latest tests, the collar reached 221.3 kgf, while three leash samples reached 226.8–338.9 kgf before failure. These are destructive breaking-force results, not recommended working loads.
Based on these results and a conservative margin for everyday use, we recommend our M sized collars and leashes for dogs up to 40 kg.
What is the PHAFS Rescue Initiative?
Dogs are the heart and center of PHAFS, so helping to make more happy dogs beyond our own is an important part of what we are building.
Through the PHAFS Rescue Initiative, we support dog rescue organisations. One of those important initiatives is that we donate €1 per item sold to selected Dog Rescue Organisations in Spain.

Do you use AI at PHAFS?
We are extremely passionate about building our brand and business with little-to-none AI usage.
Therefore all our photography, design and brand communication is all original content created by us, real humans for real dogs.
Our music is original and custom-made for PHAFS by the extremely talented Bacelona based Mother David. An important step in our efforts to support real artists.
However, with full transparency, we do use AI for market research, business planning and balance sheets… for better or worse.
