TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service set out the terms that apply when you shop with PHAFS.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

1.1 Products

PHAFS sells dog accessories, including collars and leashes.

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, including colours, measurements and product details. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations may occur between individual products or production batches.

Please check the product information and sizing details before placing an order.

1.2 Prices

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.

Any shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or other charges. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

1.3 Orders

Once you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

PHAFS may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a problem with payment, an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

1.4 Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through our payment providers. PHAFS does not directly store your full payment-card details.

1.5 Delivery

Available shipping destinations, shipping costs and delivery information are shown on the website or at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

1.6 Returns

You can request an eligible return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For customers in the EU/EEA, this includes the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

1.7 Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact hello@phafs.com with your order number and details of the issue.

For customers covered by Spanish consumer law, new products have a three-year legal guarantee in relation to lack of conformity.

This is separate from the 14-day return period for change-of-mind returns.

1.8 Product Use & Safety

PHAFS collars and leashes are designed for everyday use with dogs.

Please choose the correct size, use products as intended and check them regularly for signs of wear or damage. Stop using a product if any part becomes damaged or unsafe.

Normal wear over time, or damage caused by misuse, chewing, incorrect sizing or alteration, is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Care and safety information is provided with our products.

1.9 Intellectual Property

The PHAFS name, branding, logos, photography, graphics, written content and other original materials belong to PHAFS or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

1.10 Third-Party Services

PHAFS works with third-party providers to operate the website, process payments and deliver orders.

Our website may also contain links to other websites. These websites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.

1.11 Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be limited.

PHAFS is not responsible for loss or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where permitted by law.

1.12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time if our website, services or legal requirements change.

The Terms that apply to an order are normally those in effect when the order is placed.

1.13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you live in another country, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
